Stages of selection for the vacancy

 

   We suggest you to read in detail the process of selecting candidates for vacancies of our Company.

 

   If you decide to join our team, first of all, check the list of active jobs Company.

 

   At the end of each vacancy is the email address you want to send your CV. If you do not find your desired job, you can use the template CV or resume to send their own free-form (in .doc or .pdf) at cv@dakelectro.com.ua.

 

   Feedback on the results of CV in the case of a positive decision on your candidature should not wait more than two weeks. In rejecting summary, we bring it to an external talent pool and can return to it as soon as we have a vacancy that meets your skills and qualifications.

 

    Directing resume for consideration, be prepared for more of the required steps in the selection process of potential employees:

 

- Telephone interviews with HR employee (held to motivate and clarify information presented in the summary)

- Interview and testing in the office of the Company (a meeting and negotiations with the personnel department to obtain an objective assessment of skills of the candidate and the profile can be tested to determine the level of knowledge in the appropriate position)

- Interviews with line managers (verification of professional knowledge and skills)

 

    Please note that depending on the position, the number and order of inspections and their spacing and intensity may vary between them.

 

   During the interview, you will receive detailed information about the position, working conditions, remuneration package and conditions of the offer of employment.
